EvalOS provides this platform to manage startup applications, evaluator reviews, and administrative decision operations.

We collect account identity data, application details, evaluator review data, decision logs, and compliance uploads required for incubation operations.

Data is used to evaluate applications, coordinate meetings, run compliance workflows, and meet audit obligations for supported schemes.

We do not sell personal data. Access is role-based within EvalOS and shared with evaluator/funding stakeholders only when operationally required. Records are retained per legal and grant audit policy.
